- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, add 1 cup of pumpkin puree, 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Whisk the mixture continuously to combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Heat for about 5-7 minutes, until the mixture is warmed through but not boiling.
- Step 3: Once heated, remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes.
- Step 4: Carefully transfer the mixture to a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
- Step 5: Pour the blended creamer into an airtight container. Make sure to seal it well to maintain freshness. Refrigerate for up to one week.
- Step 6: Before using, give the container a good shake to mix any settled ingredients.
Notes
Make it vegan by substituting heavy cream with full-fat coconut milk and use plant-based milk. To prevent the creamer from separating, shake it well before use.
