- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Whisk together over medium heat until well combined and heated through, but not boiling.
- Step 2: Stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin spice blend, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.
- Step 3: Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature before transferring to a clean container.
- Step 4: Store in the refrigerator for about a week and shake well before each use.
