  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey/agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Whisk together over medium heat until well combined and heated through, but not boiling.
