Equipment

  • Small Bowl

Method

Instructions
  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables: halve cherry tomatoes, slice cucumbers, cut bell peppers into strips, create carrot and celery sticks, and thinly slice red onion (if using).
  2. Arrange the sliced or shredded turkey breast in the center of a large platter or serving tray.
  3. Create a visually appealing arrangement by surrounding the turkey with the prepared vegetables. Use a variety of colors and textures.
  4. Consider separating the vegetables into smaller groups or clusters for a more organized look.
  5. Place your chosen dip in a small bowl in the center or to the side of the vegetable tray.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs (optional, such as parsley or dill) for added visual appeal.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a more substantial meal, add some whole-grain crackers or breadsticks. You can also customize the vegetables to your preference – add your favorites! Leftover turkey can be used from a previous meal.
