  • 1 cup Cooked Turkey Shredded or chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Celery
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts Optional
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley Optional, for garnish
  • Crackers, Vegetables, or Bread For serving

  • In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded turkey, mayonnaise, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and garlic powder.
  • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Gently stir in pecans or walnuts and parsley, if using.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball. Using plastic wrap helps create a smooth, uniform shape.
  • Place the cheese ball in a small baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the ball to firm up.
  • Serve chilled with crackers, vegetables (such as carrot sticks and celery sticks), or bread.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use leftover roasted turkey. You can also add a sprinkle of paprika or other spices to the outside of the cheese ball before serving for extra visual appeal and flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
