- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in diced tomatoes (undrained), taco seasoning, and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the taco meat sauce. Stir to combine.
- Serve immediately, topped with shredded cheddar cheese, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream (optional).
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the taco meat sauce. You can also add other taco toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, or onions.
