Ingredients
  

Vanilla Bean Syrup Ingredients
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 Vanilla bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped Or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Martini Ingredients
  • 2 oz Vanilla Vodka
  • 1 oz Vanilla Bean Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Heavy Cream
  • 1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar cookie crumbs Optional, for garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Martini glass

Method
 

Vanilla Bean Syrup Instructions
  1. Combine sugar, water, and vanilla bean (or extract) in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Remove vanilla bean if used.
Martini Instructions
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, vanilla bean syrup, and heavy cream.
  2. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with sugar cookie crumbs (optional). Serve immediately.

Notes

For a stronger vanilla flavor, use vanilla bean paste instead of extract in the syrup. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less syrup to taste.
