Vanilla Bean Syrup Instructions
- Combine sugar, water, and vanilla bean (or extract) in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely. Remove vanilla bean if used.
Martini Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, vanilla bean syrup, and heavy cream.
- Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with sugar cookie crumbs (optional). Serve immediately.
Notes
For a stronger vanilla flavor, use vanilla bean paste instead of extract in the syrup. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less syrup to taste.
