  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Martini Ingredients
  • 1.5 ounces Vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce Heavy cream
  • Pinch Ground cinnamon
  • Optional Sugar cookie crumbles For garnish

Equipment

  • Small saucepan
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Martini glass

Method

Instructions
  1. Make the Sugar Cookie Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until slightly thickened. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely.
  6. Make the Martini: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, heavy cream, cooled sugar cookie syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.
  7. Shake well until the shaker is chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
  8. Strain the martini into a chilled martini glass.
  9. Garnish with sugar cookie crumbles, if desired.

Notes

For a stronger cinnamon flavor, add a cinnamon stick to the syrup while simmering. Adjust the amount of heavy cream to your preference for a thinner or thicker martini. Use store-bought sugar cookie crumbles or make your own for garnish.
