- Make the Sugar Cookie Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.

- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely.
- Make the Martini: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, heavy cream, cooled sugar cookie syrup, and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Shake well until the shaker is chilled (about 15-20 seconds).
- Strain the martini into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with sugar cookie crumbles, if desired.
Notes
For a stronger cinnamon flavor, add a cinnamon stick to the syrup while simmering. Adjust the amount of heavy cream to your preference for a thinner or thicker martini. Use store-bought sugar cookie crumbles or make your own for garnish.
