Sugar Cookie Fudge
This easy sugar cookie fudge recipe combines the deliciousness of sugar cookies with creamy fudge. Perfect for holiday baking or any sweet treat occasion!

- 1 14-ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted butter cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 cups Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar cookie crumbs (from about 6-8 sugar cookies, homemade or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup Sprinkles optional
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt optional, enhances flavor

- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and butter. Stir constantly until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth. Do not boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt (if using).
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, stirring until smooth after each addition. The mixture will be thick.
- Stir in the sugar cookie crumbs until evenly distributed.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. If using, sprinkle the top with sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use brown butter instead of regular butter. You can also experiment with different types of sprinkles or add chopped nuts for extra texture.
