  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup Optional, for added sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes Optional, for a thicker texture.

Instructions
  1. Begin by preparing your ingredients. Hull and halve the fresh strawberries and slice the banana.
  2. In a blender, combine the halved strawberries, sliced banana, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
  3. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  6. Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into glasses.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with a whole strawberry or banana slice on the rim if desired.
