- Begin by preparing your ingredients. Hull and halve the fresh strawberries and slice the banana.
- In a blender, combine the halved strawberries, sliced banana, yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into glasses.
- Serve immediately, garnished with a whole strawberry or banana slice on the rim if desired.
