- In a large bowl, combine steak strips, shrimp, bell peppers, and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and fajita seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
- Add lime juice and gently mix. Marinate for at least 15 minutes (longer is better).
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated steak and shrimp mixture to the hot skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your liking and the shrimp is pink and opaque (about 5-7 minutes).
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Fill tortillas with the cooked steak and shrimp mixture and your favorite toppings.

Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak and shrimp overnight. You can also add other vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini.
