  • 1 lb Sirloin steak Cut into thin strips
  • 1 lb Large shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 2 Bell peppers Assorted colors, sliced
  • 1 large Onion Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Fajita seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 12 Flour tortillas
  • Your favorite toppings Sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese

  • In a large bowl, combine steak strips, shrimp, bell peppers, and onion.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and fajita seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Add lime juice and gently mix. Marinate for at least 15 minutes (longer is better).
  • Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated steak and shrimp mixture to the hot skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your liking and the shrimp is pink and opaque (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  • Fill tortillas with the cooked steak and shrimp mixture and your favorite toppings.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak and shrimp overnight. You can also add other vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini.
