- In a large pot, combine water, Cajun seasoning, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
- Add the sliced andouille sausage and quartered potatoes to the boiling water. Reduce heat to medium-high and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the corn on the cob to the pot and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a bay leaf or a pinch of cayenne pepper to the boiling water. Feel free to adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your liking.
