- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the almond milk and pumpkin puree over medium heat. Stir gently to combine.
- Step 2: Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and a pinch of salt. Make sure all ingredients are well mixed and incorporated.
- Step 3: Continue to heat the mixture while whisking frequently, being careful not to bring it to a boil. Heat for about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 4: Once heated through, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Step 5: Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Step 6: Serve the Spiced Pumpkin Almond Milk Creamer warm or chill it in the refrigerator for later use.
Notes
Store your creamer in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Shake well before each use, as separation may occur.
