- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Cut off the top of the head of garlic and wrap it in aluminum foil.
- Step 3: Roast the garlic for 30-35 minutes until soft and golden.
- Step 4: Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into a mixing bowl.
- Step 5: Add sour cream, horseradish, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Step 6: Mix until smooth using a fork or spatula.
- Step 7: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about one week.
