- Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
- Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon into bite-sized cubes. Remove any seeds from the watermelon.
- Hull and slice the strawberries.
- In a large bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, blueberries, and strawberries.
- If using, add the chopped mint leaves and lime juice. Gently toss to combine.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill. (Optional, but recommended)
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of orange juice or a drizzle of honey. You can also add other fruits like grapes, kiwi, or pineapple. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
