  • 6 cups Cubed Watermelon (seedless)
  • 2 cups Cubed Cantaloupe
  • 2 cups Cubed Honeydew Melon
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Sliced Strawberries Hulled
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Optional

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
  • Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon into bite-sized cubes. Remove any seeds from the watermelon.
  • Hull and slice the strawberries.
  • In a large bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, blueberries, and strawberries.
  • If using, add the chopped mint leaves and lime juice. Gently toss to combine.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill. (Optional, but recommended)
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of orange juice or a drizzle of honey. You can also add other fruits like grapes, kiwi, or pineapple. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
