- Gently wash all fruits under cold running water.
- Prepare the fruits: hull and slice strawberries, peel and segment the orange, core and dice the apple, peel and slice the kiwi, and halve the grapes.
- In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- Pour the lemon juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine. Be careful not to bruise the fruit.
- Taste and add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for later. Enjoy!
Notes
For an extra special touch, garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving. You can also adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup to your liking. This recipe is easily adaptable – feel free to add other fruits like mango, pineapple, or cantaloupe!
