Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
Frosting
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 2 cups Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, etc.) sliced

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg, then gradually add flour until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
  5. Transfer dough to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  6. Let cool completely.
  7. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  8. Spread frosting evenly over the cooled crust. Arrange sliced fruits on top.

Notes

For best results, use a variety of colorful fruits. You can also add a sprinkle of powdered sugar or chocolate shavings for extra flair. Store leftover pizza in the refrigerator.
