Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg

Frosting

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 2 cups Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, bananas, etc.) sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in egg, then gradually add flour until a dough forms.
  • Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch circle.
  • Transfer dough to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Spread frosting evenly over the cooled crust. Arrange sliced fruits on top.

Notes

For best results, use a variety of colorful fruits. You can also add a sprinkle of powdered sugar or chocolate shavings for extra flair. Store leftover pizza in the refrigerator.
