- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine milk and heavy cream with pumpkin puree. Use a whisk to mix until smooth.
- Step 2: Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Whisk thoroughly to combine.
- Step 3: Place saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, and heat until warm but not boiling (about 5-7 minutes).
- Step 4: Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then transfer creamer to an airtight container for storage.
- Step 5: Refrigerate for up to one week. Shake well before use, as separation may occur.
Notes
This creamer can be made vegan by using coconut cream and a plant-based milk. Adjust sweetness to taste.
