  • 1 Ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Prosciutto, torn into pieces
  • 1/4 cup Goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Arugula, for garnish (optional)

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Pizza Stone or Baking Sheet

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.
  2. Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the olive oil evenly over the surface of the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, covering it evenly.
  5. Arrange the thin slices of pear on top of the cheese.
  6. Distribute the torn pieces of prosciutto over the pears.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese on top, followed by a drizzle of honey.
  8. Season with chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper to taste.
  9. Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone if using). Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  11. If desired, top with fresh arugula before slicing and serving.
