Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.
- Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the olive oil evenly over the surface of the dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, covering it evenly.
- Arrange the thin slices of pear on top of the cheese.
- Distribute the torn pieces of prosciutto over the pears.
- Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese on top, followed by a drizzle of honey.
- Season with chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone if using). Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
- If desired, top with fresh arugula before slicing and serving.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or add nuts for extra crunch!
