Crust Ingredients
  • 20 cookies Oreo cookies crushed
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 16 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy cream cold

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl, mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Beat in sour cream and vanilla extract.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the filling over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate Oreos. You can also garnish with extra Oreos or chocolate shavings before serving.
