- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree. Stir these ingredients together to create a smooth mixture.

- Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
- Step 4: Allow the creamer to cool at room temperature, then transfer it to a clean container and store in the refrigerator.
