- In a small saucepan, bring the milk to a simmer over medium heat.
- Once the milk is simmering, add the dried lavender and honey. Stir to combine.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes to infuse the lavender flavor.
- Strain the lavender-infused milk through a fine mesh sieve into a clean container to remove the lavender buds.
- Brew a shot of espresso or prepare 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee.
- In a large mug, combine the brewed espresso or coffee with the lavender-infused milk. Stir gently to mix.
- If desired, top with whipped cream and sprinkle a few lavender buds on top for garnish.
