- Step 1: Begin by generously seasoning both sides of each ribeye steak with salt and pepper. Allow the steaks to sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then remove and let rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Step 3: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 4: Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Step 5: Return the steaks to the skillet, coating them with the creamy garlic sauce. Heat through for an additional minute, then serve garnished with fresh parsley.
