  • 1 cup Brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • to taste Ice cubes

  • Espresso Machine or Coffee Maker
  • Tall Glass

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a tall glass, add the vanilla syrup and pour in the milk. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes to your desired level.
  4. Slowly pour the cooled espresso over the ice and milk mixture. This will create a layered effect.
  5. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the drink. You can also mix it in if you prefer a sweeter flavor throughout.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or a spoon for stirring.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less caramel and vanilla syrup.
