- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped honey-roasted peanuts, creamy peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Step 2: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs until evenly blended.
- Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x9-inch baking dish and press firmly into the dish.
- Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
- Step 5: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
- Step 6: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Step 7: Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can also freeze them for longer storage.
