- Gently wash all fruits under cold running water.
- Hull and slice the strawberries. Halve the grapes. Peel and slice the kiwi. Prepare all other fruits as needed.
- In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit in the large bowl.
- Gently toss the fruit to coat it evenly with the honey-lime dressing.
- If using mint, add it now and gently mix.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a combination of honey varieties. You can also add other fruits like cantaloupe, watermelon, or mango. Adjust the amount of honey and lime juice to your taste preference. This salad is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
