Ingredients
  

Marinade

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

Calamari

  • 1 lb Calamari rings Cleaned and cleaned

Instructions

  • Add the calamari rings to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes. (ing_7)
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the calamari for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. (ing_7)
  • Remove from grill and serve immediately. Garnish with extra lemon wedges if desired.

Notes

For best results, use fresh calamari.
Ensure the calamari is not overcooked, as it can become tough.
