  • 12 ounces Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet)
  • 2 cups Marshmallows (mini)
  • 1 cup Graham Crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounces Milk Chocolate Bar chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the heavy cream mixture over the chocolate and marshmallow mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the marshmallows are golden brown. Sprinkle chopped milk chocolate over top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with graham crackers, marshmallows, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet. You can also add other toppings like nuts, chocolate shavings, or caramel sauce.
