- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the heavy cream mixture over the chocolate and marshmallow mixture. Stir gently to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the marshmallows are golden brown. Sprinkle chopped milk chocolate over top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with graham crackers, marshmallows, or your favorite dippers.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet. You can also add other toppings like nuts, chocolate shavings, or caramel sauce.
