  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 0.5 cup raisins (optional)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Step 2: Grate your zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
