  • 3 cups Milk Cold
  • 1 9-inch Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Shavings Optional, for garnish

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  • Pour the chocolate pudding into the prepared graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Spoon the whipped cream over the chocolate pudding. Spread evenly to create a smooth layer.
  • Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pudding to set completely and the flavors to meld.
  • Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings (optional). Cut into slices and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of 2%. You can also add a layer of chocolate cookies or crushed Oreos between the pudding and the whipped cream.
