  • 1 14 ounce package Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 3 cups Milk Cold
  • 1 9-inch Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Shavings Optional, for garnish

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  2. Pour the chocolate pudding into the prepared graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  5. Spoon the whipped cream over the chocolate pudding. Spread evenly to create a smooth layer.
  6. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pudding to set completely and the flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings (optional). Cut into slices and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of 2%. You can also add a layer of chocolate cookies or crushed Oreos between the pudding and the whipped cream.
