- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar.
- Gradually add the milk, mixing until a dough-like consistency forms. Add more milk, a tablespoon at a time, if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper.
- If desired, melt chocolate chips and dip the balls in melted chocolate. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.
Notes
Store leftover peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter.
