  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream, cold
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until evenly moistened.
  • Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Let cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture along with the vanilla extract and salt. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder. You can also add chocolate chips to the filling for extra chocolatey goodness. For a sweeter pie, add 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar to the filling.
