- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, green beans, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables and stir to combine.
- Pour the vegetable mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add other vegetables like peas, corn, or potatoes. You can also use different types of cheese or add a sprinkle of herbs for extra flavor.
