  • 2 cups Broccoli florets Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Carrots, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Green beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, green beans, and onion.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables and stir to combine.
  • Pour the vegetable mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables like peas, corn, or potatoes. You can also use different types of cheese or add a sprinkle of herbs for extra flavor.
