- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Use a whisk to mix everything together until smooth.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Continue to whisk the mixture occasionally until it’s heated through. Be careful not to let it boil.
- Step 3: Once heated, remove the saucepan from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Carefully transfer the cooled mixture to a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, or until the creamer is frothy and smooth.
- Step 4: Pour the blended creamer into a clean container. Seal it and refrigerate. The creamer can be stored in the fridge for up to one week.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider browning the maple syrup in the saucepan before adding the other ingredients. Always shake well before using, as the ingredients may separate when stored.
