  • 1 pound Spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup Butter Unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Fresh, chopped

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low.
  • Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce for a warm, aromatic touch. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
