  • 1/2 cup Butter Unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Fresh, chopped

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce for a warm, aromatic touch. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
