  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped, for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the chopped cranberries, pecans, orange zest, and orange juice.
  3. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Before serving, garnish with chopped green onions (optional). Serve with crackers or vegetables.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use flavored cream cheese such as cinnamon or cranberry. You can also add a tablespoon of bourbon or Grand Marnier for an adult twist.
