Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Step 2: Finely chop 2 tablespoons of fresh chives and 2 tablespoons of green onions. Add them to the mixing bowl with the sour cream and horseradish mixture.
  3. Step 3: Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Step 4: Season your sauce with salt and pepper according to your preference. Adjust to taste.
