- Step 1: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish. Mix until fully combined.
- Step 2: Finely chop 2 tablespoons of fresh chives and 2 tablespoons of green onions. Add them to the mixing bowl with the sour cream and horseradish mixture.
- Step 3: Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Step 4: Season your sauce with salt and pepper according to your preference. Adjust to taste.
- Step 5: Let the sauce chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
