  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Cut into thin strips
  • 1 lb Steak Flank steak or sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 2 Bell Peppers Assorted colors, sliced
  • 1 Onion Large, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 12 Flour Tortillas
  • Toppings (optional) Sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken and steak strips with olive oil, fajita seasoning, and lime juice. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated chicken and steak to the hot pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the pan and cook until tender-crisp (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
  • Fill each tortilla with the chicken, steak, and vegetable mixture.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the marinade. You can also substitute other proteins like shrimp or pork.
