Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, sparkling apple cider, caramel vodka (or vodka and caramel sauce), and apple cider liqueur (if using).
- Gently stir to combine the liquids.
- Add the sliced apple, orange slices, cranberries, and cinnamon sticks to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to distribute the fruit and spices evenly.
- Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld. The longer it chills, the better it tastes!
- Before serving, give the sangria a gentle stir.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice. Garnish with an extra apple slice or orange wedge, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
Notes
For a stronger caramel flavor, use more caramel vodka or add a tablespoon of caramel syrup. You can also experiment with different types of apples and oranges for varied flavor profiles. Consider adding a splash of club soda or sparkling water just before serving for extra fizz.
