  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 0.5 cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  • In a medium bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. An electric mixer works best, but a hand mixer or vigorous stirring will also work.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and flour, mixing until just combined. Add a pinch of salt. Don't overmix; a few lumps are okay.
  • Gently fold in the sprinkles.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a richer flavor, use brown butter instead of regular butter. Feel free to experiment with different types of sprinkles!
