- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and brown sugar. Use a whisk or spoon to mix them together.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently to ensure the sugar dissolves completely. Heat until hot but not boiling.
- Step 3: Once hot, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Step 4: Allow the creamer to cool to room temperature, then pour it into a clean container or bottle. Optionally strain for a smoother texture.
- Step 5: Seal the container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using.
Notes
