Ingredients

For the Brown Sugar Pumpkin Spice Creamer
  • 1 cup heavy cream full-fat recommended
  • 1 cup whole milk can substitute with skim or low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar light or dark, based on preference
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Equipment

  • Medium saucepan
  • Whisk or Spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Clean Container or Bottle

Method

  1. Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and brown sugar. Use a whisk or spoon to mix them together.
  2. Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently to ensure the sugar dissolves completely. Heat until hot but not boiling.
  3. Step 3: Once hot, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  4. Step 4: Allow the creamer to cool to room temperature, then pour it into a clean container or bottle. Optionally strain for a smoother texture.
  5. Step 5: Seal the container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using.
