  • 6 cups Cubed Watermelon (seedless)
  • 1 cup Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup Optional, to taste
  • Several Fresh Mint Leaves Optional, for garnish

  • Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Hull and slice the strawberries.
  • In a large bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  • Add the lime juice to the fruit mixture. If using, add honey or maple syrup and gently toss to combine.
  • Taste and adjust the sweetness as needed. Add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill (optional).
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves (if using) before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a more intense berry flavor, slightly muddle some of the berries before adding them to the salad. You can also add other fruits like cantaloupe or pineapple. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
