- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: Pat the beef tenderloin dry with paper towels and trim any excess fat.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and chopped thyme.
- Step 4: Rub the herb mixture evenly over the beef tenderloin.
- Step 5: Transfer the seasoned tenderloin to a roasting pan.
- Step 6: Roast for 25 to 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
- Step 7: Remove from the oven and tent with aluminum foil. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Step 8: Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
Store leftover Beef Tenderloin in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave to preserve tenderness.
