Crust Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 packages (about 36) Oreo Cookies
  • 6 tablespoons (3 ounces) Unsalted Butter melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream cold

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
  7. Pour the peanut butter filling over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the pie to set.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter. You can also garnish with chocolate shavings or extra Oreos before serving.
