- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
- Pour the peanut butter filling over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the pie to set.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter. You can also garnish with chocolate shavings or extra Oreos before serving.
