Blackstone Grill Steak and Peppers

Juicy steak and colorful bell peppers cooked to perfection on a Blackstone griddle. A quick and flavorful weeknight meal.

  • Blackstone Griddle
  • Spatula

Ingredients
  

Steak

  • 2 each Steak (8 oz each) Ribeye or New York strip recommended

Vegetables

  • 1 each Bell pepper (red) Sliced
  • 1 each Bell pepper (green) Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Generously season both sides of the steaks (ing_1) with salt (ing_5), black pepper (ing_6), and garlic powder (ing_7).
  • Add olive oil (ing_4) to the hot griddle and let it heat for a minute.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers (ing_2, ing_3) to the griddle and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened.
  • Place the seasoned steaks (ing_1) on the griddle. Cook for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
  • Remove the steaks and peppers from the griddle and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steaks for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Use different colored bell peppers for a more vibrant presentation.
Adjust cooking time depending on the thickness of your steaks and desired doneness.
