  • 1 cup Sugar Granulated sugar is recommended
  • 1 cup Flour All-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the peanut butter (ing_1), sugar (ing_2), and flour (ing_3).
  • Continue mixing until a smooth and slightly sticky dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into approximately 1-inch sized balls.
  • Place the dough balls onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
  • Use a fork to gently flatten each cookie ball, creating a criss-cross pattern.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.

Notes

For chewier cookies, bake for a shorter time.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
