- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Cold Butter (cut into small pieces)

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced nectarines, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Toss gently to coat.
- Pour nectarine mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, and cold butter. Use a pastry blender or your fingers to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the nectarine filling.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
For a richer topping, use melted butter instead of cold. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg to the filling for extra warmth. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
