- Using a large pot, add diced potatoes and diced jalapeños. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
- Cook until fork tender. Drain and return to pot.
- Add butter, sour cream, seasoning, pepper, and stir.
- Next, add shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and diced green onions and mix until combined.
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, make into 1 inch balls.
