Crunchy Ham Balls

Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes very stiff
- 2 cups fully cooked ham finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups corn flakes crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg. Combine remaining ingredients, except for corn flakes. Chill.
- Once chilled, shape into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in crushed corn flakes.
- Place on greased baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
